Account Representative Supervisor

Account representative supervisors oversee the daily work of several account representatives assigned to their team. These individuals use workplace experience, collection industry knowledge and commitment to success to motivate and lead high performance teams. They interview, select and retain only the best candidates for their team because they understand how each team member contributes to our overall success. They coach and mentor each associate, offering suggestions for improvement to ensure both individual and team success. Account representative supervisors must have a clear understanding of all aspects of the account representative role. In addition, success in this role requires:

  • The ability to direct, plan, coordinate, and lead the work of others
  • Proven collection ability, with at least two years of experience
  • Handling multiple tasks
  • Strong communication, negotiating and writing skills
  • Remaining calm and in control under pressure
  • Comfort with change and stressful situations
  • Handling paperwork and preparing reports accurately and promptly
  • Knowledge of Compliance Regulations
  • Skill in Microsoft Office applications
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D.
